WebLift up the front of the MoBo so you can get to the other end of the first ribbon cable you undid, and the 4 screws that hold the touchpad in place. Undo those, it drops right out. Hold the new one in place, do up the screws, reconnect the ribbon cables, and just head backwards from there. I've done this process like 6 times the past 2 days.
