I first put M5 sway bars in my 540, there was a noticeable improvement but still too much body lean in the corners for me. A set of Eibach bars w/poly bushings cured that. Web19 Jun 2006 · I know of a brand that makes sway bars in the following sizes for a R34 GTT. F 31.8mm and R 27.2mm. Now Nismo make em at F 27.2 and R 23.0 . and SK's group buy is at F 24 and R 21. Now should I go for the thicker one? it seems like Whiteline gear are the smallest sway bars, Nismo being a step above, and the other brand even bigger. Web7 May 2009 · You will defintely need longer links, 4 inches longer will work perfectly because it gets the sway bar back at the right angle to work correctly. Assuming you could get it to all hook up as it is, the angle it's at would affect the force required to flex the sway bar dramatically, it would be like having a massively thicker sway bar. happy birthday from deadpool

Basically speaking, the thicker the sway bar, the less roll. All of that force does come at a price, however, and will be discussed further as rear chassis reinforcement. chairm niort
