If you want it to crystallize the fastest go to the store and buy a small jar of creamed honey, add it to your wildflower honey and then keep it all cool, not cold just cool around 50F and it will crystallize pretty fast. Or you can just keep your wildflower honey around 50F and it should set up pretty fast.
