WebNov 25, 2024 · OLED itself doesn't make content more grainy. Like @Alex Atkin UK said they show more shadow detail, and as such can also show more compression artifacts in the source material. But if the source material doesn't have any grain, an OLED display won't add it. Games and other non-compressed media won't show any issues.
