Webunless your talking about the element, then yes it does glow, but if your talking about the weapon itself then it doens't glow until +6. And I don't think it's worth it unless it has some nice awakens. It is not as much as a +10 weapon though. But an Ultimate weapon +10 glows more than a regular +10. So yeah, Ultimate weapons start glowing from +1. Attack trails are like regular ones, +0 is white, then +5 to +8 is purple, +9 orange and +10 red.
